Welcome to New York City!

I recently moved to New York City and have been introduced to a world of new experiences. Moving from Buffalo, NY to New York has been a challenging yet exciting change.

I have found that some of the things I took for granted in Buffalo (like my car), require adaptation to live in NYC. I am not fresh out of college, when adapting would have been much easier. Rather, I left a job, house and community when I came here. I hope that my insight can help others making the transition.

This blog is my attempt to share new experiences, suggestions, and tips for people moving to New York for the first time.
